Job Description:

  • Ensure understanding of Market needs and requirements on digital readiness and support the business with guidances, advices and recommendations on all digital initiatives to ensure best in class solutions and activities
  • Anticipate and communicate things that could impact performance, and identify the future digital technology requirements.
  • Attend the expert network meeting and communicate the information to local digital contacts concerned (Marketing, HR…) and local agencies when appropriated
  • Understand charge back model and cost of different corporate digital services. Ensure local contact for charge back is in place (hosting, security scanning…)
  • Act as the single technical contact point for the local digital network and business partners including local digital agencies
  • Be the contact point for the corporate digital service delivery team
  • Technically support the business on day to day digital operation/issues (websites, mobile apps…)
  • Organize and run training sessions with 3rd party agencies on Service Delivery processes
  • Be involved in procurement process for 3rd party local digital partners selection and support service contracts
  • Provides local coordination for assigned global/regional initiatives to be rolled out in the Market
  • Facilitate project implementation
  • Ensure compliance of local solutions, systems and data and promote these within the local organisation
  • Be accountable for security scan in ensuring that all web sites and other digital properties when applicable are scanned before to go live and that scan result is review by security team
  • Keep inventory of  digital assets up-to-date (web sites, mobile apps, …)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science
  • Strong technical background/understanding in web hosting, web development, web security, social network integration and preferably mobility technologies.
  • Experience working in digital support at least 2 years
  • Ability to understand business needs and requirements and translate the technical topics to business language
  • Experience in networking effectively at all organizational levels across the business with the ability to engage and influence business stakeholders
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication
  • Proficient English written and spoken
  • Good presentation skill
  • Proactive and service-oriented
