Main Duties:

  • Develop Nestle Vietnam and Nestlé Nutrition ebusiness marketing strategy
  • Online Market share growth by brand/category/eretailers
  • Online Sales growth (as per target)
  • Ensure achievement of agreed eRetailer (s) targets/KPIs
  • Work closely with Corp Digital / Media in developing training capability program / communication materials; roll out the program across key online markets
  • Work in collaboration with digital / media departments on ROI metrics across eRetailer platforms

Requirements:

  • 3 years in marketing / media; shopper marketing experience is a strong advantage, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • Strong media experience is a must
  • Solid knowledge in media planning process / BBNW / key digital platforms principles
  • Solid knowledge in shopper marketing
  • Basic knowledge in customer management / sales (TTS / JBPs etc)
  • Strong communication skills; Strong in English
  • Result oriented
