Branch CCSD Manager

Job Description:

- Support Branch Manager in the process to develop sales plan dynamics through deep insights for regions in the Branch.

- Define opportunites for channel/region development  and formulate  into sales plan , propose tactics for each defined plan through business developing process with  CCSD, Supply Chain and Marketing

- Consolidate, review and analyses the activity for sales forecast at Branch level;

- Being the “Champion” for stock allocation, Trade promotion allocation, stock rotation and other trade marketing activities within Branch and among regions

- Lead trade marketing activity and projects with region, review and evaluate activities implemented in Branch for key learning

- Monitor competitor activities in the region/ channel providing insight to competitive advantage

- Support Branch sales team by preparing fact-based selling stories for new products or product launch

- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations

Job Requirements:

- Business degree or equivalent

- From 2-3 expericence years in Sales field with deep insights.

- 1-2 years of Category management experience with good analytical and strategic thinking.

- Good English.
