- Ensure NGMP procedures compliance and effectiveness in factory.
- Issue and update the NGMP instructions & procedures.
- Training/ coaching NGMP & HACCP/ allergen and quality awareness for operators, contractors and relevant staff.
- Co-ordinate with the Production and other departments to conduct the 'Foreign matter and pathogen' study, investigate possible causes of contamination for preventing and improvement.
- Manage an effective pest control of the whole Factory.
- Monitor and review the cleaning procedures in the production lines.
- Monitor and review all activities during and after the maintenance to ensure there will be no contamination, release the production lines after maintenance.
- Establish effective pathogen monitoring plan for personnel, water, environment hygiene (canteen, drinking water, operator, air).
- Follow up each CAR related to hygienic & food safety issue till it closed.
- Ensure HACCP study effectiveness & update on time.
- Conduct internal audits of NGMP/Foreign Body/Bioterrorism & NFSMS as plan.

- Good knowledge of Food hygiene & Food safety system (GMP, HACCP, ISO 2200, hygienic engineering design).
- Compliance management processes; Data Analysis- Statistic; Pathogen & Pest control & CIP.
- University graduate or higher (preferred biotechnology, chemistry or food science); At least 2 years in relevant jobs.
- Intermediate communication & writing report in English.
- Very good in Word, Excel, Power Point.
