- Spend time in the field and utilize expertise to manage the performance of safety consultants; Supervise the implementation of safety plan by service providers; Report findings to SHE Manager and/ or Project Manager, and propose reasonably applicable solutions. 

- Lead the consultant how to coordinate all service provider parties for the best safety performance covering fatality prevention programs, ergonomics compliance, industrial hygiene test requirement  while equipment/machine installation, quality of life for workers, and workplace housekeeping.

- Monitor implementation of training programs by service providers and provide inputs for improvement.

- Involve in the review of method statements of critical work, site safety audits and tool box meetings by Consultant and service providers.

- Lead the site safety team in finding out best practices for improvement and revision of safety procedures.

- Being an agent promoting and building safety culture throughout the site.

- Min. Bachelor Degree, Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering major.

- At least 3 years experience in installation and/or 3 years experience in construction site.

- Nationally recognized safety management certificate.

- Ability to cope with stress.

- Good health and fit for the site job; No fear of height.

- Teamwork spirit.

- Effective problem solving skills.

- Good planning, priority setting and analytical skills.

- Good command in computer skills.

- Fluent English and communication literacy.
