- Implement basic design, equipment sizing and selection in processing area (tanks, pumps, valves, fans, heat exchangers, …) and related utilities (steam, chilled water, compressed air, …).
- Define scope of works, installation specifications, generic drawings of layout, flow sheets in order to select contractors to install process equipment.
- Supervise proper installation according to specifications/layouts/drawings; Supervise site safety.
- Coordinate commissioning and start-up newly-installed equipment

- Min. Bachelor Degree, Mechanical or Chemical major.
- At least 3 years experiences (in a technical field in a food manufacturing is preferred).
- Project engineering/management experience.
- Good knowledge of food processing equipments and food processes principles.
- Basic knowledge on utilities/industrial services.
- Familiar with flow sheets, piping diagrams, layouts.
- Knowledge of hygienic engineering design is preferable.
- Knowledge of piping and piping standards.
- Experience in equipment design and installation.
- Strong passion and drive to get results.
- Required computer skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project (ideally: Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access)
- Fluent English and communication literacy.
