- Coordinate with project team, consultant, supplier, system integrator in the engineering design, development and implementation of Power distribution, Electrical and Instrument installation.To ensure that that new installations are designed and implemented with a high degree of flexibility, reusable and meets requirements and specifications.

- Supervise and control quality, reliability, sustainability of engineering works supply from contractor, system integrator according to regulations, standards and norms.

- Ensure that the justification, request for approval and reporting are in line with the Guidelines for Capital Investment.

- Ensure proper management of electrical documents (technical instructions, manuals, software packages/licenses)through efficient filing and archiving procedures.

- Ensure at all time safe installations and operations through proper design, protection systems, procedures and training. 

- Ensure that the project scope is achieved within the agreed cost and timing.

- Min. Bachelor Degree, Electricity or Automation or Instrument major.
- At least 3 years experiences (in a technical field in a food manufacturing is preferred).
-   Good knowledge of Electricity, mainly in low voltage (medium voltage is an advantage), Instrumentation.
-   Project engineering/management experience.
-   Plant design and construction.
-   Conceptual thinking.
-   Excellent planning, communication & presentation skill.
-   Strong passion and drive to get results.
-   Fluent English and communication literacy
