- Responsible for developing and co-ordination the implementation of plans and programs to improve the competence and effectiveness of all of the organization's human resources, providing overall guidance to training and people development activities throughout the company.
- Develops/implements and manages – plans and programs to ensure the most effective utilization of HR to support business and Factory objectives, working culture, performance management in order to cope with Factory/BU’s growth.

- University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience of direct working in HRM
