Report to : WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Indirect reports: Factory manager
·To manage and organize resources on storage space, handling equipment & machinery, staff etc to be in effectiveness of safety aspect, cost & budget aspect, quality aspect and warehouse good practice aspect
·To manage and operate in bound, storage and out bound of Materials, Finished Goods, POSM in a good operation practice and good control system
·To lead and coordinate, training, coaching with internal and external for continuous improvement in warehouse operation & system.
Responsibility & Accountabilities
Budgeting & People development:
·Budgeting and controlling on resources, expense of warehouse operation in short term and long term (MBS)
·People development, training matrix and training plan include coaching to build up work competency to serve business growth and demand
Supply Planning:
·Make Supply planning according to Sale demand
·Coordinate to get material deliver planning
·Ensuring material inventory are optimize according to Production plan and working capital management
Warehouse Operation:
·Manage on head-count, work load and job assignment as proper
·Define resources and practice management, storage space, zoning, racking system, loading and unloading,
·Manage and coordinate to get daily operation of In-bound, storage and out-bound operate in good practice and manner
·Establish the controlling system on receiving, issuing, stock counting of material, Finish Goods and POSM and end-coding in system of SYSPRO & MOMO to be right and good practices
·Supervise third party provider on handling, storage, repacking, loading and unloading of products to be work in a good practices and correction promptly in deviation case
·Monthly consolidate & analysis for inventories discrepancies and make action plan and follow up to improve Inventory accuracy level (IRA)
·Reporting system on warehouse KPI
Quality system & SHE:
·Work support FSMS (Food safety Management system) by duties as assigned in relevant detailed decisions.
·Manage FIFO procedure for Materials and Finished Goods according to Quality instructions
·Provide support to Quality exercises such as tractability, investigation for customer complaints related to warehouse operations and customer deliveries
·Ensure warehouse operation are manage according to SHE operational safety, health and environment are effective implement with local regulation and Nestle guidelines
Continuous improvement:
·Promote GMP, 5S, BBS, suggestion, SGA in department
·Work coordinate with all department head for support factory work activities internal and external

1. Educational Qualifications
-University/College degree
-Or at least 5 years of working exeprience on warehouse job.
