First and foremost, training is done on-the-job. Guiding and coaching is part of the responsibility of each manager and it is crucial to make each one progress in her/his position.

The formal training program are action based to improve skills and competencies in the framework of individual development programs. As a consequence, attending training is not considered as a reward, but a staff’s duty.

Besides learning for self, Nestlé employees, especially at managerial and specialist positions, should also have the eagerness to share knowledge and skills to the team with various approaches: having presentation in the team meeting, conducting relevant training program, organizing application activities for team, etc.
