There are 2 main programs :
1. EXECUTIVE TRAINEE
- You will be provided with a good overview of the company operation by rotating to various departments ranging from office to field, production line and warehouse.
- With knowledge & experience gained from each rotation period, you are enabled to understand and well coordinate with colleagues from other departments upon the confirmation of your specific job in the agreed department.

2. FRESH SALES SUPERVISOR
Do you love doing business and desire for a practical chance on field? The Fresh Sales Supervisor program is believed to be a match with your needs.
– Successfully obtaining knowledge and hands-on experience from the program, you will be assigned to a specific market share of Nestlé Vietnam. There you will have a good chance to prove yourself by managing a sales team and as a representative of Nestlé cooperating with the Nestlé Distributor Partner to reach assigned sales targets
