Responsible for developing and co-ordination the implementation of plans and programs to recruit and select the human resources required to meet the organization's business needs (except Dong Nai Factories).

  • Analysis staffing needs of all departments and coordinate with Compensation and Benefits in OPL Headcount preparation
  • Pro-active define corporate recruitment methodology (channels & tools) to obtain strongly qualified human resources and meet the commitment in terms of quantity, quality and timing with minimum recruitment cost/within the approved budget.
  • Conduct assessment and selection of candidates for management levels in compliance with laws, Company's standards/policies
  • Developing/reviewing/updating Position Descriptions for management positions in corporate level
  • Conducting exit interview for people from professional level and up

Practicing HR generalist role for Commercial team:

  • Implement HR Strategy within the Business Unit
  • Act as advocates within the Business for Employee interests and needs
  • Define the Business Unit's expectations for HR Services.
  • Provide HR with Business know-how & experience
  • Align Business practices with HR Policies & local legislation
  • Support Business Unit decision making on HR related matter
  • Foster employee ownership of Data throughout the Business

  • Bachelor Degree (Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred)
  • Min 5 years in recruitment and good knowledge of human resources management
  • English skills: Excellent speaking and good writing/reading
  • Computer: MS-Office
  • Others: communicative, individual leadership, professional manner and self-confident, dependability, initiative
