- Provide administrative supports to Project Manager.
- Arrange transportation for project (taxi, bus, van, car, etc).
- Coordinate in organizing and preparing for project meetings, visits, events, etc.
- Support inpats in T&E and other administrative work.
- Handle the relevant document system for project.
- Be countable to control payment for concerned expenses for project.
- Manage office equipments (printer, photocopier, scanner…) and stationary.
- Do other assignments.

- Min. Bachelor Degree, English or Business Administration major.
- At least 2 years experiences in administration or secretarial job.
- Interpersonal communication skill both in Vietnamese and English.
- Experience of arranging bus/car & expenses controlling.
