- Ensure that factory comply with legal security, safety, health requirements.
- Assist to SSHE Manager in training on security, safety, health issues
- Ensure adequate site procedures are on place to minimize specific risks of the different site activities (e.g. hot work permitting, risk assessments etc).
- Provide necessary advice, guidance and support to all parts of the business on OSHR matters and monitor compliance with Company Policy and legal requirements.
- Assist SSHE Manager to track site OSHR performance against agreed targets and ensure that all external and internal reporting requirements are satisfied in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that arrangements are in place to establish OSHR performance criteria, measure and monitor the results and inform Management by issuing the periodical OSHR report.
- Ensure the creation, maintenance, review and updating of Company Policies standards and procedures relating to Occupational Health, Safety and Risk on all parts of the business.

- Bachelor Degree: Labor or Technical Background (Mechanic/Electric/Automation)
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in OSHR at management level in an industrial environment.
- Must be fluent in both oral and written English, medium level.
- Safety statistics (in food industry average), no major failure/penalty related to environmental issues.
- Risk management and mitigation.
